We offer free furniture collections
No-one wants to see perfectly good stuff going to waste.
That’s why the Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland reUse Network exists – it’s a network of charities working together to find new homes for good quality furniture and appliances that are no longer wanted.
We are a nonprofit organisation
The Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland ReUse Network was originally set up in 2013, but after successfully working with both Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County we have expanded the whole operation.
Working closely with our own network members, we collect, repair and ReUse thousands of tonnes of re-usable items every year that would otherwise just be thrown away.
Our Service Users come from a diverse group of people, ranging from those with a learning disability, mental ill health, physical disability or long term unemployed
We Strive to help the poorest in our society build a brighter and better future for themselves. Every-one deserves a bed to sleep on and a cooker to cook from. By donating your unwanted furniture and electricals we can help make someone’s life that bit better.
When you donate a piece of furniture, you can be rest assured that it will find a good home. The majority of items such as beds, sofa’s, appliances will be sent to those that for whatever reason need a helping hand.
Other items that are none essential such as TV’s, bookcases, etc are sold in our Charity shops, to raise much needed money, which is then used to fund our Charitable work, with our service Users.
